What is the application process?
The application process is fast and simple, it takes our friendly team members only minutes to set up a payment plan for you at our reception. You can also apply directly yourself via the humm mobile app.
All that’s needed is your bank account or credit card details and for you to satisfy the below basic criteria:
*18+, Australian citizen/permanent resident with a driver’s licence.
* Employed/self-employed for 30+ hrs/wk or Aged/Veteran Pensioner.
Medicare Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CBDS)
This Federal Government scheme provides basic dental services to eligible children aged between 2 -17 years of age. Eligible children can receive up to $1000 worth of dental treatment over a two (calendar) year period.
Treatments covered under this scheme are fully bulk-billed with Ettalong Beach Dental invoicing Medicare directly. All that is required is for a parent or guardian to sign a form permitting us to make a claim directly to Medicare for services provided.
